Street Artist Creates: - "80-Foot-Tall Sculpture for Valencia’s Fallas Festival"

This year, Spanish street artist Okuda San Miguel has participated in the festivities.

Street artist Okuda San Miguel was invited to take part in Valencia Fallas festival and he creating an 82-foot-tall sculpture titled Equilibri Universal.

A huge puppet is called to spend years throughout the city, organized in the memorial of St. Joseph in the neighborhood.

Dating for thousands of years it is called 'Fallas'. Each March is a traditional festival in Valencia, Spain, for this, a traditional event of a street artist's invitation was revolutionary.

In order to create a reality from its point of view, for the development of this concept,

Okuda has worked diligently for a year. According to its March 19 events, in the four days,

the whole city was transformed into a huge street party culminating with the La Crema.

This flavor is a serious business in Valencia, with which every neighborhood works to raise money with year-to-year and make them fall later.

Each of them is armed with fireworks that explode before burning.

This ritual translating the 'Fallas' torch, it burning the practice of each puppet.
