'Much like the Toronto blessing'? Well, we know that was a false revival with a satanic spirit inspiring the people to do very strange things that is completely unbiblical, like rolling around on the floor, making animal noises. The Holy Spirit NEVER moves in this way. What the Holy Spirit does is convict people of sin and brings order to their lives, not disorder, like the fake Toronto blessing.
1 Corinthians 14:33 ...'For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.'
And so what kind of 'revival' can we expect to see from these fallen Protestant\Evangelical churches? The kind of revival that is based on 'feelings' and 'signs and wonders', rather than holiness. And many will fall for this false revival because they are not grounded in the truth of God's Word.
Satan knows the 'loud cry' of Revelation 18:1-4 is going forward, so he is bringing about his own 'revival' in the fallen churches of Babylon to counter it. But we know there are not going to be 'billions' who will turn to Christ, because the Bible says that the majority head down the 'wide road' to destruction, and only 'FEW' manage the narrow way (Matthew 7:13-14). The Bible also says that 'many are called, but only FEW are chosen' (Matthew 22:14). We are also told in Luke 12:32 that God's true people are a 'LITTLE FLOCK'. And that just as in the days of Noah, so shall it be in the end (Matthew 24:37). And how many got onto the ark in Noah's day? 8 people! Are you seeing the picture friends? Don't fall for this so called 'revival'.
1 John 4:1 ...'Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.'
