As a large family, meal planning is a huge part of our budget and organization system. Planning our meals before we go to the grocery store helps us stay on budget and not buy random things. When I don't have a plan I tend to buy all sorts of things we do not need or that go bad before we can eat them.
We like to plan our meals and then prepare things within a day or two of shopping. I like to buy meat in bulk because it is cheaper that way, but meat does not last very long in the fridge. Because of this, I love to prepare freezer meals. This also makes cooking easy because most of the preparation is already done!
In today's video, we are planning our meals and then heading to Costco to get what we need for our freezer cooking!
