As I dropped my little girl off preschool this morning, I was excited. Not excited to see that sweet little girl go in but for the journey that awaited me today. Today I made a pack with my sister n law that we would get off our butts and get back in shape. In other words as we like to say "Lose the Puff"! We are both stay at home moms, which I am thankful that I have the opportunity to be it also means that you put yourself last! I would do anything for my kids and that is where my problems begin I have let myself go. I can't even remember the last time I went to have my hair cut or have a dinner with my soon to be husband. But today I started the journey 
5 miles later of these steps and hills I feel like a new person! Don't let nothing or nobody hold you back from your journey!
