In our blogs, we always talk about how it is fundamental to fear the Lord and walk in his ways; this is the fundamental basis. There is a series of blessings that, consequently, He wants to give us - and that is independent of our resources, our "possibilities". God is God and has a prosperous future designed for each one of us - only we also need to do our part!

Sometimes, our anxiety to see that good things happen soon makes us want to "put our feet in our hands", take shortcuts and do in the first place what, in reality, could wait a little longer - for our good! (For example, forming a family before studying and obtaining a job that is at least sufficient to support the household.)

It's scary to see so many people talking about the wedding being a curse; many of them even encourage singles not to marry so as not to be imprisoned or submerged in a sea of ​​debt. But on that the Bible speaks just the opposite. If you read Psalm 128, you will notice that he begins by speaking of the fear of the Lord; then he speaks of the "fruit of labor", of "woman" and of "children". Do you perceive the order of those blessings? Fear tells us about our spiritual life, our search and daily intimacy; the "fruit of work" comes immediately and tells us about the importance of preparing ourselves professionally (school, faculty, courses); in the end, the Christian courtship is appointments with focus: it is to know to possibly marry and to constitute family - and it will be good if that happens with financial structure.

Every marriage has its challenges, but that also happens in the other areas of our life.

I thank God because @lorennys and I have been married for 12 years, we always believed in marriage as an institution created by God to bless the earth with good values ​​and principles.
