It has been a great few weeks, now it's time to journey home.

We got up and immediately began packing up camp and loading up the trailer.

On the Road Again

Thus begins our two day journey back to Michigan. The trailer is all packed up, didn't leave anything behind. Said goodbye to our wonderful hosts @dwells and family.

Rest Stop

We came to a rest area with giant rocks to play around on. We were happy to see no caution tape!

Driving Into the Night

We drove until the sunset and realized that we didn't stop to eat any dinner. We were pretty tired of fast food, so we stopped at Panara Bread (called Saint Louis Bread Company here).

It was a special treat, mom and dad split a sandwich and the children enjoyed macaroni and cheese.

Hotel and Back on the Road

We stayed in Effingham for the night and got up early to get back on the road.

We've been using low concentration CBD oil to help with car sickness. Our little one likes it so much, she would drink the bottle if she could!

Thankfully an Uneventful Drive Home

When it comes to traveling, the less excitement the better. We did have an incident where the trailer jack hit the road pretty hard and bent it, otherwise no issues with the trailer. The tarp stayed put very well on the trip home.

This concludes our Arkansas recap. It was a fun two weeks and we look forward going again in the future, maybe next year... may the year after if we keep the pattern up.

We made it home safe and sound!

Teach Your Children Liberty from Sin

We encourage parents to teach their children principles of Godliness, beginning with the Word and an understanding who God is and what His Son has done to form a relationship with us.

No one can lay a foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ. If anyone builds on this foundation using gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, or straw, his workmanship will be evident, because the Day will bring it to light. It will be revealed with fire, and the fire will prove the quality of each man’s work. 1 Corinthians 3:11-13

Teach Your children Liberty from Tyranny

Second to this is the principle of self-determination and freedom, lest we loose the ability to teach our children the first principle in future generations. Our children read the Tuttle Twin books, specifically to learn libertarian principles, which most people learn later in life. These books are useful for our family, and yours, to teach children concepts that seem complicated, but are made simple in these books.
