Went down to Toronto for a Blue Jays game yesterday!

What a great (and long) day yesterday. We made the drive down to Toronto from home here in Northern Ontario, about 5hrs to catch a Blue Jays game with our cousins.

Unfortunately we hit some crazy traffic on our way down and it added just over an hour to our total trip. Which means we showed up a little bit late to the game, but we didn't miss a singe hit. The game was actually totally hit less for both sides well into the game, and was looking like it was going to be a tight game, until the Jay's blew it wide open in the 8th. We ended up winning 6-0 against Baltimore.

It's always a bit better atmosphere and much more exciting in the stands when the home team is winning, and it was great fun in the 8th, when things we're just going crazy for us. I've been to maybe half a dozen live games now and that was definitely the biggest inning I was there for in the stands, it was alot of fun.

It was my wife's first full day away from the new baby and my Mother's first full day babysitting all 3 kids, and I'm quite excited that both went very well, which opens the doors for a bit more freedom and opportunity to get away together.

We took our time coming home and stopped for a nice long dinner in the city with my cousins. That was really nice, but by the time it was all over we rolled in just before midnight last night and left the house at 7am to make the drive South. So it was a really good but really long day! Took most of today to totally recover and get back into the swing of things with the kids and family.

Nice! Those upside down seats must be CHEAP!!!

They're actually the most expensive because the anti-gravity field uses a lot of electricity. The people below have the cheapest seats because the change in the pockets of the upside down seats falls on to their lap. ^^

Yeah, science sure sucks, doesn’t it?

Sure does but I do love the skydome. Great view of the CN tower and all its lights, if the dome is open.

I don’t know why steemit is doing this to me recently and flipping all my photos, I should have paid more attention, oh well.

Happy to have viewed this on my phone as i wouldnt be able to turn my pc's screen upside down 😁
