Hi dear steemit friends :) You're certainly able to do this with chronic fatigue. You may well find the exercises too challenging currently but don't let this dishearten you - 80% of your results are purely down to your nutrition. Keep it all very quick, easy and simple. Prepare meals in bulk so you cook once and then just walk to your fridge to grab them when meal time comes around again xx

dear my steemit friends we just find the time to fit it in. Plenty of nurses are/have managed to complete the program and lose weight! xx
