Another Child pushed into system

Not sure where to begin with what's wrong with this case, or what to say because it's illegal to give out names... but I have relatives that know the woman involved.

The just of the story is a First Nations woman in British Columbia Canada gave birth and had her child taken away after three days.

The mother is not a drug addict, nor is she an achaholic or a danger to her child. This isn't just my opinion... it's actually the opinion of her First Nations and social services.

Social Services... haven't given any reason to the Mother why her child was apprehended or given to the Fathers side of the family for safety.

There was supposed to be a court date but it was postponed twice... so her lawyer took the step of an application for this hearing.

Yes. It's good she gets to be with her daughter for six hours a day; no it's bad that it's under supervision of someone she doesn't get along with.

And... they still haven't told her why the child was apprehended. (Which I don't know why the judge didn't ask... but apparently it's not his job to rule on that and something the family court judge has to look into.)

So... twnety years from now this kids going to look back and go... "so... bad start eh?"
