I highly recommend that this article be used in court against CPS.

There are MANY cases of dependency where children are removed from the parents for a short incarceration period (3 days) only to have CPS refuse to give the children back.

The same is true for children removed for so called “neglect” when in reality the parents simply lack the funding to provide for their children what the state determines the children should have. Yet they remove those children from loving homes only to PAY complete strangers to care for YOUR children. Wouldn't it make more sense to provide that family with the money to pay their electric bill or buy fresh fruits and vegetables? I've seen CPS put women and children up in hotels yet turn around and remove children FOR being in a hotel because they have no “stable” home.

My point is that they destroy lives daily when it's definitely not the “least restrictive” action or setting for the kids. Why is OK to emotionally destroy lives because MAYBE someday down the road a parent may experience financial hardships again?

These animals have to be stopped. Most of all this ridiculous double standard has to stop. It's fine to destroy the lives of American children but NOT OK to destroy the lives of migrant children?
Somehow migrants are superior? You get my point.
