1983 Mental Health Act Being Used To Devastating Effects.

Most of you will be aware that one of the tactics employed by the Child welfare authorities, is to use the Mental Health act and have the person in question admitted to hospital(If they are lucky). Over the last few years, there have been cases of this happening that have raised more than a few eyebrows.

Reports about this are not knew. I have found this report from the Independent that is dated 2012. This also ties in nicely with the evidence I will present to you later on.

And if that headline isn't worrying enough, this report from the Guardian makes things a little more sinister.

Unfortunately this warning went unheeded and the Guardian would return to address the same subject 2 years later.

Sabine McNeil. Melanie Shaw. Carol Woods.
These are just 3 cases, where the authorities have silenced those who speak out against the Child welfare system. Melanie Shaw was herself, a victim of child abuse, throughout her detention at the infamous Beechwood care home. After deciding to take the advice of the government to speak out about her abuse, Melanie was at first supported. But this soon changed as Melanie began identifying abusers that were from the higher echelons of society. 19 months ago, the DPP(Andrea Saunders) and Nottingham's Police Chief(Chris Ayre) locked Melanie Shaw inside a mental ward, under the Mental health act, 1983. Secret trial, no access to proper representation and abused while imprisoned.

Sabine McNeil and Carol Woods are from the other side of the spectrum. Both have worked within the care system(to very high levels), but after seeing the corruption grow inside their own workplace, they have decided to speak up. For both of these brave, strong-willed, women, a seemingly obvious and well-intended complaint has led to their eventual incarceration. Because of their high profiles, both ladies have managed to escape the clutches of those in white jackets(Not without mental scars, I might add). The same can not be said for Melanie. She is still denied Justice and access to proper care or medicines. In a recent post, by @richq11, Carol was being interviewed by the UKColumn to tell her story - UKColumn are an independent news media organisation - One of the points Carol raised, was about how much it helped when people contacted her, while 'inside'. Not only did it give her a huge moral boost, it also stopped the authorities from hiding Carol inside of the Gulags. Because of this I will be putting a link at the bottom of this article that will give you the contact details for Melanie Shaw. It takes 2 minutes to write a letter of support and the price of postage is pittance. Please find the time to send Melanie your letters of support.

This subject needs looking into. Therefore, I have took it upon myself to do some digging.

Do I even need to say that my finding were shocking? No, of coarse not. You and I are used to this narrative by now. Numbed by the sheer number of news-flashes and constant scandals. But this is an element of the social services that requires a closer look.

U90P, UP, UP, AND AWAY YOU GO...

From what I have read about, in the many reports posted in @familyprotection, there is a trend within the social services to abuse the powers of the, 1982, Mental Health Act. It has become common for social workers struggling to connect with there case-files(families), to give up on any kind of rehabilitation and take the easy-road. By applying for the stubborn factor to be removed, it clears the way for any children to be taken into care without question. As with the foster care industry, it is heavily reliant on the private sector. With this creating huge profits, it has begun to infect the system and much of the Welfare industry has sold out it ethics. Kids = Profit and the trend is much the same as any business model based on supply and demand. More is better and our authorities can't fill the cells fast enough. This not only goes against government policies (to keep family units together) that are presented to the public, but also does nothing to rehabilitate a diseased society that has forgotten how to care for itself. We rely on Big Bro to clean up our mess and help those in need. But that is not what Big Bro does. It is largely about profit and silencing those who speak out. Not care, not rehabilitation and definitely not love.

Does this sound like love to you?

Here are a few passages, taken from a recent inquiry.

I believe 'Section 3' is the section that would involve those involved in family court issues and the likes of Melanie, Sabine and Carol(I assume there are many more).

This is how the inquiry justified the increase.

Among all the stats are some shocking admissions.

REMEMBER, THE DATA COLLECTED WAS DONE ON A VOLUNTARY BASIS SO IT SHOULD BE ASSUMED THAT THESE FIGURES ARE THE ABSOLUTE MINIMUM!!

As shocking as these numbers are, it is only made worse when we take a look at the service provided to these vulnerable human beings.

Did you know they were using Police cells to accommodate vulnerable youngsters?

As you can see, the abuse of powers are getting to disastrous proportions. While the Mental Health act provides an important social service, it is not being used for the reason it was implemented. This process is supposed to enable vulnerable people(Adults & Children), to access vital health services - services that have been funded with public money -. Instead, it puts them in further danger, and that's assuming they are supposed to be there in the first place....

That is what is always in play, Silent, silent, silent. They silent all that comes forward from the system. Well @article61, I am getting very bullish on what we collectively and individually can accomplish. The tide of change is approaching, lets ride it well.

Game on brother! You're darn right there! same old tricks and like you say, it's time stop this. Thankyou for the support ;)

Some opportunity is coming into play. There is a new Division which was established just this past Thursday here in the U.S. under the umbrella of the Dept of Health and Human Services. It is called the Conscience and Religious Freedom Division. They are supplying a portal on their website for "complaints". I am sure there is not a big media push to let families know so it will be up to those like us to get the word out. You can see the rest of the story on my blog I just posted it last night.

Thanks for he info Vickie. That sound a little like our C-op button that has been mentioned in the inquest hearings this week. A very good tool, as long as the media industry gets behind it. But maybe it a more decentralized model, I will have to take a look. Cheers me dears ;)

I am not aware of what the C-op button is or anything about the inquest hearings taking place. I'd like to know more. I have little hope in the media industry itself getting behind anything that will help people. I just spent hours over on FB trying to post my last Steemit post. They are blocking it and calling it "spam". I still belong to several vaccine awareness groups and some CPS kidnapping groups. Going to have to get creative I guess, because this info is going on that stinkin' FB somehow!

Haha! Yes FB most definitely sucks nuts. If you would like to know more about inquiry, go to my page. It's on all this week I will be posting everyday about it( as much as I can record). It really shows how terrible child has become and the figures just keep rising.
Treason May(UK prime minister) has just commissioned an agency to deal with people like you and I. ("You fake news reporter, you....")
If I actually paid tax, that would really piss me off ;)

Well let's hope the inquiry goes somewhere and will make a change. Ghandi said something like if you want to see what a nation is like simply look at how their animals are treated, but really, if you want to see how worthy the world is just look at how the children are treated. I've got a page of yours up with day 3, will check out the others this evening. Well we fake news reporters certainly keep them busy LOL

I posted a piece yesterday looking at the establishment diversion tactics, and the mental health label is another classic. Too important not to acknowledge. Great post.

Thank you. Today's hearing was quite shocking. The enormity of all this is beyond belief. Felt sorry for the copper who gave evidence today. You can see how stretched they are but they ignore/support corrupt businesses, who take from society. If they want more funding then it's time the rich chipped in. Very sad to hear but it has made me aware of the signs. My daughter is 10 and this is all very bad. Thank you for your support.

Sorry this reply was for your comment on my other post, silly me ;)
Yes this tactic is widespread and the figure show that. Every time they come across a whistle-blower they just shove them in a straight-jacket.

very informative and long post

Yes too long for you to have gotten through in 5 minutes. Your breath smells of Spam. Go brush your teeth!
