In my post earler this week I left you guys with these final stats.
Relationship of Adoptive Parents to
Child Prior to Adoption
Non-Relative 14% 7,725
Foster Parent 52% 29,044
Stepparent 0% 51
Other Relative 34% 18,854
And finally the main reason for all these numbers.
Receive Adoption Subsidy
Yes 92% 52,795
No 8% 4,371
I wanted to talk a little more about why these numbers are SO IMPORTANT
You see there is this law Title IV-E Adoption Subsidy https://adoption.com/wiki/Adoption_Assistance_for_Children_Adopted_From_Foster_Care:_Federal_Title_IV-E_Adoption_Assistance
the above link will go into greater detail on what it is. But basically it gives the
adoptive parent money each month to care for the child. Most cases until the age of 18 but it can go higher up to 21
There are some rules but as you can see from the above stats that they cover almost all adoptive children. Very few do not get this money.
So what does "special needs adoption" mean?
Well there is a list. Do you remember my topic on overprescribling psychological drugs to foster children? This is important.
https://adoption.com/wiki/Special_Needs
The link above lists what they consider a child with special needs is in order to qualify.
1 Special Needs Adoption
1.1 What Does Special Needs Adoption Mean?2 Common Mental, Physical, Emotional Disabilities
2.1 Abuse And Neglect2.2 Attention Deficit Disorder Or Attention Deficit Activity Disorder (Or "ADD Or ADHD"):
2.3 Attachment:2.4 Autism:2.5 Bipolar Disorder:2.6 Central Auditory Processing Disorder (CAPD):
2.7 Cerebral Palsy (CP):2.8 Developmental Disability:2.9 Down Syndrome:2.10 Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders:
2.11 Learning Disabilities (LD):2.12 Mental Retardation Or Intellectual Disability:
2.13 Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder:2.14 Reactive Attachment Disorder (Or RAD):2.15 Sexual Abuse:
2.16 Social Disorders2.17 Speech And Language Disorders:2.18 Tourette's Syndrome:
If you put the 2 topics together you will see the REAL reason they have so many children on psychological drugs. If you have not put them together I will tell you.
A child that is on these meds qualifies for the subsidy This is the reason that many children that go into foster care are put on them the more they have to more money for this hungry beast.
They also state that any child that is in a sibling group of 3 or more being placed together qualify. And any child that has been in foster care for more than 60 months.
The stats I listed above were from 2016. There are many more last year which we will not know until October 2018.
So just how much are we talking about?
Well a lot to say it lightly.
https://www.cwla.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/CWLA-Summary-of-Presidents-FY-2018-Childrens-Child-Welfare-Budget.pdf
"Title IV-E Adoption Assistance Payments
Title IV-E adoption assistance funding like foster care is based on claims filed by states for
federal reimbursement. For 2018, the projected cost for Title IV-E adoption assistance payments
and administrative costs are projected to be $2.867 billion, an increase from the total of $2.562
billion in FY 2016. An estimated 499,000 children will be helped by adoption assistance-related
federal funding in FY 2018, which is a projected increase of 20,000 over 2016."
As I fully support the #familyprotection movement 25% of ALL the SBD generated for this post will be transferred to #familyprotection.

So first they rip children away from loving parents and break those family ties,
then they find any reason that they can to drug the children, who are understandably traumatized after being kidnapped from their families.
It is all utterly disgusting.
Thanks for making it clear WHY they want to DRUG up as many children as possible -- $$$$$.
