First of all, to greet this amazing community @familyprotection and congratulate them for the valuable work they have been doing, I am new to Steemi and I am reviewing some labels to make a publication, I found @familyprotection, reviewing its contents, can see that it is a community in support of the problems of child abuse by governments and providing donations to help these families, in view of this valuable humanitarian aid action, I felt the need to be able to integrate (if I may) into this community and contribute to this cause in accordance with the requirements of this label, where it is recommended to contribute some of our benefits to the cause.

It goes without saying that the steemista community presents its publications with the aim of obtaining some profits, since this is the common goal of the page, but it is also humanitarian and can help others when they need it, I accept to adjust to the contributions of this tag and collaborate as much as you can to contribute to the growth of this community.
I would be very proud to be welcome in this community and take that path of helping families in need.

When reviewing some stories of child abuse, I was surprised that a former DSPC worker harassed a mother after her son was kidnapped and abused by the government.

The case of Isaiah Rider, aged 17, was separated from his mother and is now under the guardianship of the state, with new adoptive parents, following state orders for all his medical "decisions". The real mother, Michelle Rider, has been trying to regain custody of Isaiah for 11 months.

This case is quite moving, as a mother (Michelle Rider) is separated from her son, without just cause, the mother just wanted to transfer her son from one hospital to another and the hospital was offended and called the Department of Children's Services and Families (DCFS), saying that the mother was abusing the child and that she only wanted to take better care of her son, is to know that these acts were done without any official reason or justification, only to do what they wanted and in this way separated families

THIS IS THE HISTORY OF MICHELLE RIDER AND HIS SON ISAIAH RIDER:

(NaturalNews) Isaiah Rider, 17, was taken from his mother and is now under the guardianship of the state, with new adoptive parents, following state orders for all his medical "decisions". The real mother, Michelle Rider, has been trying to regain custody of Isaiah for 11 months.

When he demanded the transfer of his son from Lurie Children's Hospital in Chicago to another hospital, the hospital administration felt intimidated and notified the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS). For wanting to take better care of her son, Michelle was accused of child medical abuse. This general term is now used to blame parents without a rational basis to comply, stripping informed and affectionate parents of their rights.

Hospitals and "Child Protective Services" that use the label of child medical abuse to deprive parents of their inherent rights.

If a hospital administration believes it knows what is best for a child and does not respect the informed decision of a parent, it will use the general term of child medical abuse to do whatever it wants with the child, stripping the parent of their inherent rights. Michelle has always been the kind of informed mother who cared enough to question whether certain medications were useful or ineffective. If your child experienced allergic reactions to something, he would legitimately make his concerns known to the doctor. This is something that all parents should be doing.

When undergoing surgery at Lurie Children's Hospital, Michelle Rider noticed that her son was experiencing tremors due to the type of anesthesia used with him. When Michelle wanted to transfer care to another hospital for an additional treatment of Isaiah's neurofibromatosis-1, the hospital administration became defensive. Then, Lurie Children's Hospital used force to involve the state's DCFS. They used the term child medical abuse to collude against the freedom of Michelle and her son to choose medical treatment. During the past year, Isaiah separated from his mother and was only allowed supervised visits with her. DCFS has assigned two new parents to follow medical decision orders, Kimberly Boone and Lynn Pavalon. His medical care is now given to him at the Children's Hospital Comer of the University of Chicago.

At that time, Isaiah has been denied the right to access adequate medical care. You can not refuse the powerful sedative analgesics and anesthesia that cause you tremors. He can not refuse psychotropic medication. You can not see your family or attend court hearings.

Now that she is accused of child medical abuse, Michelle lost her job. (She was a hospice nurse for 16 years)

In accordance with the federal law that DCFS broke at the beginning, Isaiah was placed in the care of his grandparents in September 2014. On December 5, 2014, Isaiah was forcibly medicated and returned to Illinois. That day, Ken Wilson (R-MO) introduced a "bill proposing that one parent can not be accused of child medical abuse for disagreeing with medical advice and choosing another doctor's treatment." It is sad that a law has to be passed to protect the inherent rights of parents.

Isaiah Rider sexually abused while under the "care" of DCFS
The most disturbing event in this story was when Isaiah reported that he had been forcibly medicated and sexually abused while in DCFS abduction. MedicalKidnap.com summarized the report: Isaiah reports that a man he had never seen before confronted him and pointed him

a gun to the head. He forced him to chew a white pill, and when Isaiah became dizzy, the man forced himself on the boy, sodomized him and did other things, calling him "nice boy." He died. When he woke up, he was extremely sore. The man was gone, but he was surrounded by other people who were laughing. The terrified boy found his way back to the foster home, but he did not tell anyone.

Former DCFS worker goes on the attack and harasses Michelle online
As abuse and medical monitoring come to light, a former DCFS worker goes on the attack and harasses Michelle online. The attacks appeared on the Facebook page of the governor of Illinois. A former DCFS investigator named Matthew T. Gray launched an attack on Michelle and Team Isaiah, which is the growing support group that is helping Michelle regain custody of her son.

The unprofessional attacks and thugs were removed soon after, but the screenshots still remain. The odious DCFS worker wrote things like, "You and your cause have been a continuous laugh, get a life, you're a waste of space." "Bring any legal problem ... hahaha ... stupid people amuse me."

IN CONCLUSION:

There are laws that allow the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) to take a child away from their parents or guardians in a variety of situations, even in the face of an allegation of neglect or abuse. In other words, the government allows these inhuman acts to take place and abuse the power of authority, separating children from their families.
