First of all
If you noticed, I eliminated the calculation formula for my donations but I kept donating the same percentage as before. I did because, as CPS uses to misjudge things by appearances, some people come here and misjudge things by appearance too. I will keep the donations as before, but I will not be mentioning it everytime I post, to avoid misinterpretations from outsiders.
I even think we should create a discord server for #familyprotection so we can chat about these issues. I offer myself to do it if you want.
What is #familyprotection ?
#familyprotection, for the ones who don't know yet, is a great project, created by @canadian-coconut and @markwhittam , to fight CPS abuses, wrongly removing children from their parents but also don't properly protect them when they are in foster care, thus generating money to the system.(generate money to the system, so we will leave them there, even when it's not good for them)
How can they fight those situations?
Fighting it in the field, giving advices and support people(and for that they need money)
Generating awareness in the general public(and for that they need stories and documentation)
Usually, CPS workers think they are doing a great thing to the children because they were thought about abuses from families but not about abuses from CPS. Show them the familyprotection blog and the #familyprotection tag on the steem blockchain and they will see the other side of the story and that, when a family doesn't open the door to them, it doesn't necessarily mean they have something to hide. It may well be because there are too many situations of CPS abuses and they are affraid of it.
Usually, judges, when confronted with a report for professional social workers telling that a family is abusive to a child and that the best thing to do is to remove the children from that family, tend to believe more in the trained child protection specialists than in the allegedly abusive parents. Show them the family protection blog and the #familyprotection tag and they will understand that CPS fails too many times and they will give the parents a real opportunity to defend themselves. Otherwise forget it, judges are too full of work.
Usually, politicians tend to believe more in the reports they receive from their professional child and family specialists than in what allegedly abusive parents have to say. Show them the familyprotection blog and the #familyprotection tag and maybe they will understand the system is not so good as their subordinates want them to think and maybe they will be more sensitive to the parent's claims.
Why is so important to donate a big portion of your rewards to #familyprotection?
They need to do a lot of work outside the blockchain. They have to help families to claim their rights, they have to denounce this situation and promote the familyprotection project in the mainstream media and, for that, they need money. They even have to support some families in deep financial need and, for that, they need money. So, if you receive a good reward from your posts, just donate a good portion to @familyprotection. You have that duty.
Projects that I like
@duartenunes , the blockchain comedian, is starting a steem comedy campaign with memes and videos, to generate awareness about #familyprotection. I was talking to him and he plans to donate even more than myself to the cause. He plans to donate all the SBDs from his posts using the #familyprotection tag to @familyprotection .
He plans to donate all the rights of his posts to @familyprotection. In case he gets famous it will have a big impact ahah(you never know the future ahah)
Hope you guys find my post interesting to read and stay safe.

It would be so great that people from various professional walks of life join the struggle for family preservation, like the one you've mentioned, singers, poets, writers, lawyers, carers, medical professionals, and so on, as long as we resonate around the issue and are ready to help in every way they can. We need more exposure.
