New UK legislation: Child Protective Services to put every single child in state care!

There once were communes which raised children collectively, and guess what?
Most of these children grew to become the most productive, contributing and respected members of society.
To remove doubt, it was done out of full consent of all of the involved parents, whom lived collective lives themselves.
In a privatized society, a few parents do a fantastic job raising their children, but the vast majority do not, and even the exceptional good few suffer the results.

No it isn't.

Awesome post and I agree with you. However I have an objection. Without doubts a lot of parents fail in their responsibilities but won't this further indulge many parents? The family I believe should be the bedrock of any society. But right now, even families and parents have failed us.

The answer is already in my comment to which you replied and in your reply.

So why

The family I believe should be the bedrock of any society.

This is why the government is best placed to raise all children to ensure they all comply with our social programmes, and know when they need to bend over whilst a member of the government/judiciary/police/nobility empties salty fun-glue up their turd guillotines.

there is so much criminal activity on the part of state employees, children in foster care are raped abused and murderd by federal employees, federal employed doctors and nurses who will protect the children from state appointed care providers?

there is so much criminal activity on the part of parents, children in their parents' homes are raped abused and murderd by them, who will protect the children from their parents?

The question that should be asked is:
Which cases are more common relative to their amount?

I believe that false negatives by the government are more common than false positives and more common than true positives.
In short it translates to: the government and its employees as a whole do more good than bad.
Some parents do bad too.
Does it mean that parents raise of their own children should be abolished?

Children in care don't have feelings. They are like animals, and require no protection whatsoever. Furthermore, because the state is infallible, so too are state employees.
