In St.Petersburg the judger has made a Russian mother give 3-year old daughter to her husband from Denmark.
This case is extraordinary, because as a rule kids are left with mothers but this time the court was decisive. What happened?!
Alena Zakharova moved from Russia to Denmark in 2013, where she met Dane Yannik Riis Petersen. They gad relationships but the man was not serious to her,so she returned to Russia in 2016 being already pregnant. But Petersen changed his decision and came to Alena before the birth of their baby.
In June 2016, the couple had a daughter Cecilia Milan Petersen - the girl immediately received Russian citizenship and residence in St. Petersburg.
After giving birth, the couple returned to Denmark, where a month later Alena and Yannick became a husband and a wife. At first the family life of Zakharovs-Petersen was good — the daughter received Danish citizenship, and the Russian woman received a residence permit.
But in 2 years the problems came. The husband began to try to restrict Alena in the rights to upbringing and communication with her daughter, intended to give the girl to his mother and threatened to take the girl away forever.
Alena was scared because of possible loss of her daughter, and in the fall of 2018, the woman decided to take Cecilia and return to her parents in St. Petersburg.
The Dane reacted quickly - he contacted local CPS and Danish police. The CPS temporarily restricted mother's parental rigts - and they made this decision in just two hours !!
The fact is that Yannick hid from them the fact that Alena had permission to travel with her child for a period of three years,he had signed this doc long before!
So there was consideration of the suit of Cecilia’s father within the framework of the 1980 Hague Convention, a document ratified by Russia regulating the civil aspects of international child abduction.
But what abduction?? There was a permission yo take the kid out of the country!! The court seemed to be blind to it!
It was the main proof and protection for Alena, but the judger ignored it. Why?!
There are also international UN requirements for the separation of a minor child with a mother but again - nothing.
The judger claimed that the girl had to be returned to Denmark. Alena can't go with her because there's a threat of prison for abduction of the baby.
Now her family is going to make an appellation.
But why does the Russian judger make such decisions against mothers, against Russian citizens?
The only variant is connected with foreign agents who work as insiders here but protect interests of other countries.
In 2010, sone judgers were exported by Swedish residency (specifically by SIDA agency) to Sweden for the “exchange of experience". So maybe this theory about agents is real?...

I can't believe that it happened with Alena since her child is only 3 year old and should be with the mother @taliakerch I see that CPS there are very crude with its system.
