CPS BEGIN MASS CHECKING OF FAMILES: WHAT TO DO

A new juvenile "hit".

Moscow authorities have begun mass identification of dysfunctional families. In addition, people are asked to contact the emergency social assistance number for children, “051”, if they know that the child is in danger.

Again this "magic" word "dysfunctional" that has so strange definition that EVERY family can be considered as dysfunctional!

So, according to the official info, families can be dysfunctional if:

1. they grow up adopted kids
2. if parents have more than 2 kids
3. problem families (what do they mean? maybe for them the absence of meat in the fridge is a problem, but for others it's just vegan life)
4. families with onlly one parent

And kids can be characterized as dysfunctional ones as well if:

the child may faint (malnutrition)
the child looks sleepy (maybe he just wants to sleep!)
growth retardation or speech development
attention shedding
excessive need for caress (who sets the amount of love to a kids???)
aggression is replaced by apathy
learning difficulties
difficulties in communicating with other children

So, we get it... ANY kids can be called dysfunctional in this case!

CPS will look for such "problem" families using the data from neighbours, teachers etc, so we all become hostages of relations with them!

Here is some advice that is given by activists of anti-juvenile movement:

pay your debts on housing and communal services
clean the house
always have a minimal set of products in the fridge
the Constitution and its Article 25 still says about the inviolability of the house - use this law!
all visits, conversations, phone calls with representatives of the "prevention" should be recorded in audio and video - you've a right to do it!!
require a copy of the inspection report living conditions in the coming days. If they don't give it - write an application addressed to the head of the social service to the district prosecutor's office
If you do not agree with what was written in the inspection report - immediately write a statement to the district court and attach photos of the apartment
NEVER sign blank sheets of the inspection report that social workers can offer you (it happens often!!)
Do not give in to threats
Be ready for the questions about income or the state of health of your kid (with all necessary doc from the hospital).

I don't agree with some rules but nevertheless this short instruction can help many parents to behave wise if CPS knock at their door.

The best variant is not to clean the house, but to study our rights and not to let them come in neither into your house, nor in your life ever!
