What is white eggplant called in your language? And how do you cook it? We have many white eggplant plants in our garden, and my parents like them a lot, especially my mom. I also enjoy eating them, but unfortunately, I am allergic to them. My mother often cooks it with Roselle (known as HANSERONG in my local language), which tastes awesome. However, I am unlucky because I get an allergy when I consume it. We often give the excess white eggplant to our neighbors, as we believe in sharing the blessings that God has given us.
