From ancient times to the present day, ARNICA has been used as one of the popular remedies. This wild plant grows between 1 and 2 meters high, its leaves are covered by fine hairs, its flower is yellow very colorful, similar to sunflower and its aroma similar to chamomile, also known as "mountain tobacco".

This plant is used for its flowers, roots and rhizomes. It contains phenolic acids, flavonoids, amacin, giving it antibacterial, analgesic, healing, astringent, antitumor, fungicide, anti-inflammatory properties.

HOW TO PREPARE ARNICA HOMEMADE NATURAL OIL:

Macerate your dried flowers in vegetable oil, preferably olive, almond or jojoba, for a period of 40 days to extract the active principles of the plant, in an amber glass container to protect the properties of arnica. This preparation is for topical use.

Uses of arnica oil:

  • For: bruises, bumps, sprains, sprains.
  • Used for discomfort of arthritis or osteoarthritis.
  • For massaging, improving circulation.
  • It is a natural way to eliminate stretch marks and disguise scars.
  • Prevents skin aging, provides moisture to the tissues of the dermis.
