Despise not the days of little beginning the Bible reckons. I started this poultry alongside my brother as a child's play a year ago. At some point, it felt like it was not going to work due to some many constraints that surfaced. But thanks to God, the ministry keeps moving from grace to grace. I return all glory to God.

Just last week, the farm welcomed a new set of young birds that will be nurtured and probably sold during the christmas season. As we all know, the Christmas season is fast approaching and many will require chickens to commemorate and celebrate the season. So, it is a good time to raise birds.

My Proposal

The business of poultry farming requires a lot of funds mostly now that the cost of feeds and other farm necessities are on the high side. I am currently running a farm that has both the very young birds and the older ones. I have the primary pen as well as the secondary pen where the younger ones are being transferred to after a period of time.

For the successful running of this farm, I write to seek support from the Food and Resource Management Systems (@farms) sector of the church (@steemchurch).

The support will contribute for the proper running of the farm and its enlargement which now serves as my source of livelihood. I have plans of enlarging the farm and adding other kinds of birds - the more reason I write for support. Still on that, I have plans of building a standard poultry farm since I am currently using an uncompleted apartment to run the business.

I am certain that my request will be duely considered as I anticipate a positive response.
