Today makes it twelve days old bunnies on the farm record so far. It happened that I already had a plan to mated the mother rabbit which happened to be a _Dutch Rabbit breed _ , I have been keeping this mother rabbit for more than one year so I trusted her for her good mothering abilities. I have tried her several times and it yielded positive feedback for me. I mated the mother rabbit just once and I took her back inside her cage for cooling unit.

Here is the mother rabbit Dutch breed

After 28days of mating the mother rabbit with a Chinchilla male rabbit, it got pregnant and I can see the changes in her stomach and in her eating habit, just like in human beings the consumption rate was so high and the eating routine changed due to her pregnancy. I took much responsibility for this because I have been expecting even more new bunnies on the farm last month April but nothing to show for all my mating trials but for this alone . After I got a better clearer idea and picture of the mother rabbit I went on the farm several times to observe her even when rain falls I have to go to the farm.

When it very near for the rabbit to give birth I did my normal expectant routine i have to put the yellow kindling box inside her cage to serves as cool bed for her, the rabbit gave some strange sounds when its given birth although I wasn't there at present but I heard the sounds from a far. It gave birth to two cute bunnies. I was so happy at least I have something to show for the month of April 2019. So here are the photography taken by me myself and i on he farm .

What Did You Observe?

Look at all this pictures so closely you will find out that the mother rabbit which happen to be a Dutch did not pull out her fur at all, Yes, those are very special cases which I so much believe they need more attention and more observation closely. I found out myself also despite my effort to put the kindle box few days before it finally got the bunnies, it didn't pull out its fur for protection against cold, predators and more. I had to visit the farm more often because of this great challenge for me. The mother took adequate care of this two bunny babies even to my face. I saw the mother rabbit breastfeeding them in the evening before I left the farm.
