Peanuts have a thin peel and most of the peanuts grow underground, so many of them contain mycotoxins or molds due to humidity. They can cause depression, various health problems (vtch problems with the liver, kidneys and digestion). Just mold is one of the main causes of food allergies or inflammatory immune responses. Therefore, children are most often forbidden to eat peanuts.
