This is another sketch of a lady gown which i made few hours ago which i would like to share my sketching process. This is part of my work as a tailor and a fashion design.

Designing this isn't as easy as it looks. The reason why sketching is very important is because, it gives me the way forward on how to sow a particular material, and also, the sketch is been showed to a customer for them to be aware of how their material will be sowed. If they like the design, then i go ahead an sow but if not, i will have to make another sketch until it suits the one the customer wants.

Good work, looks more like a technical drawing for the sewing details. Thanks for sharing. I am practising fashion drawing, so it is interesting to see other people's work.

oh, how bad I am at drawing and how much I admire the skills you already have. it would take me ages to get there. just keep it up. practice is key! :)
