In Tunisia from March 31 to June 30, 2021, the students of Esmod Tunis & Sousse fashion schools carried out a project of an "Upcycling Dress" (using scraps of new Denim fabrics which are residual cuts coming from the workshop SITEX manufacturing and clothing already used “thrift store”) around different cultural themes and taking into account the preservation of biodiversity in Tunisia.
The partners IZEM, ESMOD (Tunis & Sousse), Fashion Revolution (UK), Fashion Revolution Tunisia, SITEX (Textile Industry Company), the National Agriculture Observatory (ONAGRI), the Tunisian Forum for Economic Rights and Social (FTDES) and the Institution for Agricultural Research and Higher Education (IRESA) supported and encouraged first and second year students from Esmod (Tunis &1 Sousse).
