Hunger has vastly reduced to around 5-10% of what it was.
Lost my cravings for food.
Feeling a noticable reduction to the adipose tissue around my abdominal area.
Energy levels at 80%
Aches and pains on my back are appearing, which I assume is autophagy healing damaged cells from my recent car accident.
Headaches gone.
Tongue is covered in a white residue, a common detox symptom.
Mood is level, calm and relaxed.
Skin still has some rashes.
Overall feeling good and looking forward to detoxing more and losing the excess fat I have.

I think about getting a trinket of some sort, that I have in front of me when there is food around, to train my body to know that when the trinket is there, I will not be eating. Then when I am not fasting, keep it hidden. I have some friends that want to go out, and I am pretty sure they will be eating, thus the desire to train my body to not ramp up an appetite just because there is good food in view.
