Fasting Journal : 040719 EIF Week 03 Weekend fast

Made the whole weekend, and I will probably break my fast at about noon tomorrow, before I go shopping. That would be about 64 hours. I think...

I feel pretty hyped up on ketones right now, hope I can get some sleep.
