Day 2 was ok and I still had my usual energy, I even went swimming after work and while I thought about food it was relatively easy to not be tempted. It's a good thing I can go to work when I choose to as today -day 3- I felt kinda weak when I woke up at my usual time of 4:30am. I went back to sleep and woke up around 7am and I felt a bit more energetic. I woke my 11 year old daughter to take her to the park to train her for her sports day at the end of her school year. I found it a bit challenging climbing those hills but luckily all I had to do was shout instructions.
I took her for breakfast at the cafe afterwards. She had jacket potato with cheese and beans and I had a bottle of water. We came home about 10am and I had a 3hr nap to which I woke up feeling even weaker than I did this morning and I also realise I my wife was getting on my nerves just asking me simple questions, maybe my hunger which feels bearable is making me miserable. She's gone now which is a relief.
I've got the pictures to show where I started from but I'm so disgusted by them I'm still contemplating if I should upload them. I think I will have to eventually. I'm 5'11'', 173 lbs last time I weighed which was at the beginning of my fast. I've been on diets such as ketogenic and interval fasting before which was when I was really loving weightlifting and it's benefits and I prefer to weigh myself weekly rather than daily.
I like challenging myself so I have no worries that I'll give up. Speak to you guys tomorrow and I'm only really here to document my diet but will try and reply to any comments I get. I'm not sure if that's the right way to do things on here but hey.
