31 DAY WATER FAST! DAY 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, AND 14

Day 6 and 7, I would say I was at 50% my usual energy before I started the diet. Day 8, 9, 10 and 11 was when my energy levels was back up to pre diet levels. A lot of people say when they get to this point in the water fast they feel more energetic than before, for me, that wasn't the case. I think that because of their drop in energy on those weakened days and then back up to what they were before the diet then it feels as if they've got more energy than before. But maybe it's affected me differently than others. For instance I've had no brain fog or clarity, nor have I had headaches. I don't feel spiritual or emotional either. Nothing extraordinary whether good or bad has happened to me so far.Well, that's a lie, I don't feel the need for a nap in the day time as much as I use to and now it takes longer to fall asleep at nights. Oh, I should add I lost 15 pounds in a week! I weighed myself on day 7 and I was down from 173.4 to 158.4.

Day 12 and my energy levels started dropping and by yesterday, day 13, I was feeling about 65 percent pre diet levels. Today on day 14 it feels like I'm about 75% which is very functional but I just have to take it slow. I just weighed myself and I'm a bit disappointed after last week big drop in weight. I now weigh 152 pounds. But saying that, if I lose another 6lbs in the next 7 days then I'll discontinue my fast since 146 lbs is ideal for how I want to look. It will also get me in the gym sooner since I will be able to start my refeed earlier which will last about 2 weeks.
