For me, I have lots of health improvements on carnivore like relief from my chronic sinus infection, hitting new lows in weight (for this decade anyways), longer burning energy, and the ability to pretty easily do OMAD consistently. I'm working to fit in a little bit of medicinal vegetable matter just because I don't want to create sensitivities where I had none that I was aware of before.
