This information got me excited about intermittent fasting.
With intermittent fasting you are not eating for 16 hours of the day which gives your body time to deplete the glycogen stores and start burning fat as well as reap the benefits discussed above.
We are eating based on our emotions!
Eat when you need to, not when the clock says you should.
Plato said: "I fast to give me better mental efficiency. "
Our body is a vehicle and its need a break.
If we constantly eat all the time, it is a lot of work to your body!
That is probably why we lose our appetite when we are sick :) !
The body needs time to heal itself.
You could also choose to eat only between 4 and 8 pm and actually you could eat what you want, but take notice and be careful what you eat. Do not harm your body but flourish your soul with living foods ......... !!!!
