Days of Fasting

Just started a 4 Day complete dry fast, no food or water!

This is something that the Clergy of Christ have been guided to do and confirmed by the Torah Code.

Why a dry fast instead of a water fast? Because the body's mechanism for releasing stored fat is engaged most quickly when the body needs water, so when the body starts to become dehydrated, it breaks open the fat cells to release water, and that action also releases the stored toxins back into the system, where the liver and kidneys can finally filter it out of the body completely.

Satan and his pharmaceutical industry have convinced the world that they are constantly dehydrated and need to drink vast amounts of water every day or they will die... It is a HUGE LIE... The body can go for many days without water because of the stored fat reserves, but Satan doesn't want you to know that, because if you keep drinking large amounts of water, then his toxins remain in your fat storage, controlling you your entire life.

People who dry fast properly, often cure themselves of major diseases, including cancer, diabetes, heart disease, congestive heart failure, and many other major ailments, because during the starvation process, the body EATS anything it can to keep going, including arterial fat and cholesterol, scar tissue and tumors, and this causes the body to release MASSIVE amounts of growth hormone to repair all of the systems, which essentially RESETS the body to its former healthy state.

The reason the story of Christ's 40 days of dry fasting in the desert is so important, is because he defeats the Devil and temptation during it... It is the Bible's single teaching on how to beat addiction and temptation, but most people don't grasp the message.

For those partaking in the Fast, be on the watch for the following symptoms of dehydration:

  1. Feeling dizzy.
  2. Rapid heartbeat.
  3. Rapid breathing.
  4. Confusion.
  5. Fainting.

If you notice you are getting the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd signs, then rest in a shaded, cool area.
4th sign - take a little water and a small piece of fruit, rest.
5th sign - you have ignored the other warning signs, you need to end the fast.

I've tried different types of fasting on occasion, but never a full dry fast. I undertake a 24hr fast every year on December 25th, drinking only a small amount of water (I was getting the rapid heartbeat after 36hrs on a previous fast), it is quite satisfying.
