Then comes the day when you decide that it's enough, I will lose my excess weight, today onward. From the very next day you cut down eating drastically, take gym membership and start exercising a lot. For the first few weeks you get fabulous results, now you are very happy that I am doing very well. But soon... ...you stop getting results. Yes you heard it right, nil progress.
Friends, You like it or not but your body loves Body-Fat very much, because it is his Emergency Energy Storage. Whenever you skip meal, it keeps giving energy to your body using it. Now you want to lose your excess body-fat very fast. For this you start putting more and more efforts. ...because of these drastic efforts (sudden less eating & increased physical activities) your body get alerted... ..and your body make such changes (increased food cravings, slowed down metabolism etc.) that you stop losing fat anymore. Whatever steps you have to take for weight loss, keep in mind that you take it BIT BY BIT Always keep in mind that slow and steady wins the race. Never try to lose more than 1 Kg / week. You should take all steps for Fat loss at slower pace and gradually. Never rush for it, do it bit by bit. The secret which I have told you today, you will feel it's not a very big secret...
