30 Day Weight Loss Challenge - Day 3 ! #Fat2Fit

I'm great!!!
so this is day 1 for the 30-day weight loss challenge!
Well, I feel good!
I met with some friends today and walk a lot, I went to the pool with a few friends and it was a really nice day today.
so for the diet information -
Calories In: 3,600
Calories burned totally(+BMR): (3150BMR)+(1240 Walking, ) 4,390 (this day was pretty intensive and it's good)
A total negative balance of 790 calories!
so for a conclusion, I feel pretty bad because this day was not my best but I'm good with that I'm still in caloric deficit!
Weight
I weigh my self today.
currently, I'm 164.5kg, I started at 164~( I didn't check it first, maybe it was higher)
so from now, it's all recorded and we'll know how much weight I lose :)
at day 7 I will weigh my self again, not on day 6 because I want it to be weighed on Tuesday and Saturday!

Thanks. I thought about it, but for real I don't have the discipline to do it..
Maybe after the month I will start a water fast or change it to 8/16 maybe 6/18 and then to 4/20 and OMAD.
But let's start with that month :)
