Frequent Nosebleeds Occur

The most common cause of nosebleeds due to fatigue is when you are active in an environment with dry and hot air. This condition will make the membrane inside the nose dry, crusty, and sensitive so that it can easily break and bleed. If frequent nosebleeds occur, accompanied by bleeding from the gums, or if the body is prone to minor injuries, you should immediately contact a doctor. Bleeding disorders with symptoms of nosebleeds can have serious consequences, because the platelets in the blood that help blood clotting are missing or not functioning. First Aid for Nosebleeds:
  1. Sit up straight and lean forward. This position can reduce blood pressure in the nasal veins and prevent further bleeding
  2. Blow your nose gently
  3. Pinch the nose
  4. If the bleeding continues after 10-5 minutes, press the nose for another 10-15 minutes
  5. Don't lie on your back.

You can also compress the bridge of the nose with ice cubes or frozen peas wrapped in a cloth to stop nosebleeds. This method is known to stop bleeding that occurs in the nose, although its effectiveness still needs to be investigated again.
