So all those donuts and chips I had really took their toll..not in the worst way it is just my body is full of water and glycogen now...
But it is almost noon, still fasting and don't even feel close to being hungry...
My body will run on glycogen and sugar while my hormones are protecting my muscles and burning more and more fat as the fasting prolongs.
I good indication of burning off a lot of sugar is having to go to the bathroom a lot even though you might not have started to drink water yet.
