From 1972 - 2005 the legendary "Olympiastadion München" was the home of "FC Bayern". I have visited this stadium many times myself.
It is located in the middle of the *Olympic Park in Munich *and has always fascinated me architecturally and in terms of atmosphere.
For the club and also for the fans this stadium had some disadvantages. The disadvantage for the fans was that it was not a pure football stadium. Since the tribune and the playing field were separated from a very wide track, the fans (especially in the upper sectors) were a little far away from the action.
FC Bayern" wanted a real football stadium. As one of the largest clubs in Europe, they should also have one of the largest and most modern stadiums.

In 2001, a vote was then held in Munich ("Bürgerbescheid"), where a record turnout of 37.5 percent of the votes was voted in the "OK" vote (65.8 % in favour) for the construction of the stadium and provision of the necessary infrastructure by the city of Munich.

In May 2005 the time had finally come. The "Allianz Arena" was opened. The construction costs for the stadium amounted to 286 million euros. Owners of the stadium are "FC Bayern" and "1860 München" with 50 % each.
The first match was also played between the two clubs, for which the "Allianz Arena" was to serve as a home base. FC Bayern played against 1860 Munich and the match ended 3:2 for 1860.

It was also in 2005, when I visited the stadium for the first time. I don't know neither the opponent nor the result, but my impressions of this great arena have been immortalized in my thoughts.
The size and appearance of the stadium is amazing when you drive along the motorway in Munich. The honeycomb structure illuminated in red and this impressive size will amaze you from the outside.
After the bus has taken its place on the huge bus parking lot, you are already moving towards the main entrance.
Then you can enter the inner area (under the tribunes) via the security check. There are food and drink dispensers, toilets and stations on 3 levels to load the new payment cards.

But I will never forget when I walked over the stairs from the inner area to the tribune for the first time. The first view of the playing field, the tribunes divided into three levels, was unbelievable.
That my wife was lucky enough to catch the probably first defective seat of the arena couldn't change our spirit.

My conclusion: A great stadium for a great club.

The handover by Alpine Bau GmbH took place on April 30,2005.

Owner & Name right

For the joint construction of the Allianz Arena, the two Munich clubs FC Bayern Bayern and TSV 1860 have each founded the Allianz Arena München Stadion GmbH at 50%.

On 27 April 2006, FC Bayern had initially taken over 100% of the shares (for EUR 11 million) until 30 June 2010.
The originally agreed right of TSV 1860 München to repurchase a 50% stake in Allianz Arena München Stadion GmbH was finally cancelled by a notary public on Friday, April 25,2008.

All three parties agreed that the TSV 1860 will thus be relieved of the obligations which FC Bayern München AG, as sole shareholder of the Allianz Arena, will now bear.

Allianz, the insurance group, will join FC Bayern München AG as the fourth shareholder in February 2014. This means that there are three sponsors (Allianz, Adidas, Audi) who together hold 25 percent of FC Bayern München AG, while FC Bayern Bayern holds 75 percent. At the same time, the Munich-based group (Allianz SE) will also secure the name rights to the arena until 2041.

Due to the descent of TSV 1860 Munich into the regional league in the 2016/17 season, the rental agreement between TSV München and 1860 GmbH & Co. KGaA and Allianz Arena München Stadion GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of FC Bayern München AG, were dissolved on 12 July 2017.

als erstens gleich die Frage an euch. Kennt ihr die „Allianz Arena“? Wart ihr schon mal dort, oder würdet ihr sie gerne mal besuchen. Dazu freue ich mich auf eure Kommentare.

Jetzt zu meinem Blog.

Von 1972 – 2005 war das legendäre „Olympiastadion München“ die Heimat das „FC Bayern“. Dieses Stadion habe ich selbst schon oft besucht.
Es liegt mitten im Olympiapark in München und hat mich architektonisch und von der Stimmung her immer überzeugt.
Für den Verein und auch für die Fans hatte dieses Stadion aber mehrere Nachteile. Für die Fans war der Nachteil, dass es sich um kein reines Fussballstadion gehandelt hat. Da die Tribüne und das Spielfeld von einer sehr breiten Laufbahn getrennt wurden, waren die Fans (gerade in den oberen Sektoren) doch etwas weit vom Geschehen entfernt.
Der „FC Bayern strebte nach einem richtigen Fussballstadion. Als einer der größten Vereine Europas sollten sie auch eines der größten und modernsten Stadion haben.

Im Jahr 2001 kam es dann dann zu einer Abstimmung in München („Bürgerbescheid“), wo mit einer Rekord-Wahlbeteiligung von 37,5 Prozent das OK (65,8 % JA Stimmen) für ein Bau des Stadions und Bereitstellung der notwendigen Infrastruktur durch die Stadt München.

Im Mai 2005 war es endlich soweit. Die „Allianz Arena“ wurde eröffnet. Die Baukosten für das Stadion betrugen 286 Millionen Euro. Eigentümer des Stadions sind mit je 50 % der „FC Bayern“ und „1860 München“.
Das erste Spiel wurde auch gleich zwischen den beiden Vereinen, für die die „Allianz Arena“ als Heimstätte dienen sollte, ausgetragen. Der FC Bayern spielte gegen 1860 München und das Spiel endete 3 : 2 für 1860.

Es war auch im Jahr 2005, wo ich selbst das erste mal das Stadion besuchte. Ich weiss zwar weder den Gegner, noch das Ergebnis, aber meine Eindrück von dieser tollen Arena haben sich in meinen Gedanken verewigt.
Schon wenn man auf der Autobahn in München auf das Stadion zu fährt, ist man von der Größe und Optik überwältigt. Die in in rot beleuchtete Wabenstruktur und eben diese imposante Größe bringen einen schon von außerhalb zum Staunen.
Nachdem der Reisebus auf dem riesigen Busparkplatz seinen Platz eingenommen hat, bewegt man sich auch schon in Richtung Haupteingang.
Dann über den Sicherheitscheck kommt man in den Innenbereich (unter den Tribünen). Dort befinden sich auf 3 Ebenen verteilt Essens- und Getränkeausgaben, Toilletten und auch Sationen, um die neuen Bezahlkarten aufzuladen.

Nie vergessen werde ich aber, als ich das erste mal über die Stiege vom Innenbereich auf die Tribünde und somit das innerer der Arena gelaufen bin. Der erste Blick auf das Spielfeld, auf die in drei Ebenen geteilten Tribünen war unbeschreiblich.
Das meine Frau das Glück hatte, den warscheinlich ersten defekten Sitz der Arena zu erwischen, könnte unsere Stimmung nicht verschlechtern.
Mein Fazit: Eine tolles Stadion für einen tollen Verein.

Die Grundsteinlegung erfolgte am 21. Oktober 2002.
Die Übergabe durch die Alpine Bau GmbH erfolgte am 30. April 2005.

Eigentümer & Namensrecht

Zum gemeinsamen Bau der Allianz Arena haben die beiden Münchner Vereine FC Bayern und TSV 1860 zu jeweils 50% die Allianz Arena München Stadion GmbH gegründet.

Am 27. April 2006 hatte der FC Bayern zunächst vorläufig bis 30.6.2010 die Anteile zu 100% (für 11 Mio. Euro) übernommen.

Das ursprünglich vereinbarte Rückkaufsrecht des TSV 1860 München an einem 50 % Anteil an der Allianz Arena München Stadion GmbH wurde am Freitag, den 25. April 2008, jedoch endgültig notariell aufgehoben.

Alle drei Parteien vereinbarten, dass der TSV 1860 damit von Verpflichtungen entlastet wird, die nunmehr die FC Bayern München AG als alleiniger Gesellschafter der Allianz Arena zu tragen hat.

Der Versicherungskonzern Allianz steigt im Februar 2014 als vierter Anteilseigner bei der FC Bayern München AG ein. Somit gibt es drei Sponsoren (Allianz, Adidas, Audi) die zusammen 25 Prozent an der FC Bayern München AG halten, 75 Prozent hält der Verein FC Bayern. Zeitgleich sichert sich der Münchner Konzern (Allianz SE) auch die Namensrechte an der Arena bis ins Jahr 2041.

Aufgrund des Abstiegs des TSV 1860 München in der Saison 2016/17 in die Regionalliga, ist der Mietvertrag zwischen der TSV München von 1860 GmbH & Co. KGaA und der Allianz Arena München Stadion GmbH, einer 100-prozentigen Tochtergesellschaft der FC Bayern München AG, am 12. Juli 2017 aufgelöst worden.
