Hello Bayer fans all over the world,
our FCB has done it. With a 2:1 victory against FC Sevilla in the champions league quarter-finals, our team has created an excellent situation for the return leg in Munich.
It smells like a semi-final. And I hope I'm not too euphoric. But it's like this right after the game.
Today we saw a strong Sevilla FC and a great home crowd. But nevertheless our FCB has shown a great will to win. But it could also be seen that there is still room for improvement in a playful way.
To the game:
The FCB had a hard time in the first half. Sevilla with strong pressing and Bavaria with problems against these opponents with these fans in the back.
Juan Bernat, who replaced David Alaba, stood out negatively. He played very insecurely and then the 1-0 of Sevilla himself. After an unnecessary foul, he deserved the yellow card and was replaced after the first half.
With Rafinha came a player for him, who then brought the safety on the left side.
Besides Rafinha, the substitution of James was also a decisive component for the course of the game in favour of the "Bayern".
An own goal from Seville and a header from Thiago led to the deserved victory of our FCB.
