Today's "free coin" is aelf, which is pretty exciting considering it's a top 100 coin that is still rewarding early adopters. They are rewarding people who actively engage and/or promote their platform and official Twitter account. You can earn free aelf by simply interacting with their Twitter account, which I've done for a couple of minutes over the past week and have earned over a coin so far.

The Coin
I like the team and the overall potential of this project, however, I have yet to find clear information on the use and actual value of the aelf coin. Their website (https://aelf.io/) does not make this clear, which is concerning. If you have been able to find information on this aspect of aelf, please post in the comments below.
Potential
The aelf team has huge goals in trying to decentralize cloud computing (which is more centralized than most of us think). They have an experienced team with a lot of backing from investors in China. They have also done a great job of utilizing marketing to build a following behind their project.
To be 100% honest with you, I do not yet understand enough to invest a significant amount of the money I have set aside for cryptocurrency investments, but I have invested time into learning about their efforts and earning a coin or two of aelf.
Bounty Requirements
As you'll see in the video below, you will need to sign up for their promotional platform (candy.elf.io) and then help promote aelf by engaging with their Twitter account (@aelfblockchain). You also need to have an ERC20 compatible wallet (I use MyEtherWallet) in order to receive your coins after this promotion is over. Only provide your public key, which should start with a 0 (never give out your private key).

Do you know if there's a limit on how many coins you can earn? It seems like creating the account and tweeting etc. just for about $2 worth of coin is kinda meh idk, transaction fees etc. would cut into it too to an extent, it'd be a bit like having a load of spare change in your crypto wallet haha :D

The limit is based on their daily drop (1,000 coins for social media related activities and 500 for referrals) and how many other people are in the pool competing. You are right where if you are just basing your time off of the current price, it's not going to work out in your favor. I don't think there will be a transaction fee since the coins will be deposited into an ERC20 wallet once this is over.
Correct lol, this is definitely a load of spare change, but there are some other free coins and airdrops that will pay out a lot more and have more potential. I included this one just because it's already a top 100 coin that is allowing people to get in for their time with no monetary investment.
