Free Coin of the Day 2/25/18: Synapse AI Airdrop, How To Get 50 Free SYN Coins

Today's free coin of the day is Synapse AI. Synapse AI is a decentralized artificial intelligence network that rewards people and company for contributing data to the network.

It's a little hard to read the image above, so I'll summarize what I feel is important from the description of what Synapse AI is:

To provide a fair and balanced intelligence available to all equally, we must create AI economies that any agent can participate in and receive some reward for doing so. Enter Synapse AI.

Synapse AI solves this problem by tokenizing an agent's work on the Synapse AI market using SYN utility tokens, thus facilitating an economy between participants and transferring value to those participants. This accelerates a system that grows beyond the means of capacity of any one single company or organization.

To sum it up, you and I can earn SYN coins by sharing data, whether images, Netflix habits, or personal information.

The Coin

I like to evaluate the actual use of the coin and if it's needed, or even useful in some cases, before spending a few minutes of my time entering an airdrop. If a company has no use for a coin, they shouldn't be using one.

Synapse AI is creating a marketplace for our data and using their coin (SYN) for rewards and payments. It's pretty clear how this coin will be used and I think this type of use will be very strong for their project.

Potential

Each of us has data that is of value to companies. In the past, companies have found ways to acquire this data without paying us for it. This marketplace rewards people like you and I by giving us money (coins) in exchange for our data. That simple concept has huge potential.

The one major roadblock I see with this project lies in the fact that companies have traditionally acquired this information in a very different way, from surveys to finding practically free ways to acquire it. Synapse AI should be able to provide a better and more efficient way to acquire this information for the companies using their marketplace, but they have to be able to make that clear to the organizations that will be paying for this information.

Out of all of the FCOTD coins I've covered (I believe this is #15), I believe this may have the most potential because it solves a problem for people and companies, and helps a mass amount of people to earn money in a way previously (nearly) impossible.

This is not a traditional airdrop. You will receive your tokens (although not immediately transferable) upon signing up for a basic account. Provide your name, email, and create a password. After verifying your email, you will see your 50 SYN in your new account.
