Reminder: the CDC's advisory committee is meeting tomorrow to determine eligibility and then the CDC will do the final approval. Shots in arms will be available once the CDC director signs off.

These new vaccines target XBB.1.5. They are monovalent. Studies show they generate an immune response to the circulating variants including EG.5 and BA.2.86.

People will be able to get them at least two months after their last vaccine dose.
