Khandaker Sahib is a happy person, because his needs in life are not very much. He learned to be content with little experience in life. They wanted to teach the children as well. The influence of the era can come from the wall or come out? But he did it successfully. That's why his happiness is pure.
As much as the religion itself understands, Khandakar is doing so with devotion as much as possible of religion, and he also studies a little about religion. Regarding debate over religion, he does not take part in debate, avoids it. He does not like the two types of people - religion businessmen and the most glorious achievement of the Bengali nation, liberation war traders. He thinks that both parties are very harmful for the country, society and nation.
Khandaker Sahib first bought a car, after many interviews he appointed a driver. But his driver did not come back to his house on holiday with Eid Bonus after working for nine months. He appointed the driver in the recommendation of another employee. He complained to the employee, but he was embarrassed only, he could not do any remedies. When he was in difficult circumstances, one day a person named Basudev Dubra met him and expressed his desire to be a driver. Knowing the name of Dham, when he talked to his family about the matter, some of the family took a little hesitation, because Basudev was another religionman, and a tribal resident of Durgapur, a mountainous region of Netrokona. But Khandaker had no hesitation or suspicion on this because he believed that every person is responsible for his behavior itself. It does not involve its religion, family, language or regionalism. So he chose Basudev as his driver for not thinking anything more. During the recruitment, he made it clear that at least one month's advance notice will be given to leave the job, as if he can find a replacement. On the very first day he had said that he had no better intention to stop him if he could get better facilities than anywhere else he had given the facilities and wages.
After working for seven months, according to that condition, Basudev Debra, one day, was sitting with notice, he would not be employed because he had a good job in a private company. A few days after giving the notice, he himself came with a chopper, if Khandakar would like him, he could appoint a new man in his place. The new driver's name is Leo, he is also a tribal in greater Mymensingh district. Seeing more humble than Basudev, more tidiness in clothes. Khondokar did a short distance duty with him. When he saw the exit of the car from the car garage with the start of the engine, he realized that he was more skilled than the bus driver. So he recruited Leo without talking to anyone again. After Leo, four more drivers were transferred one after another two to two years later, but no one made any confusion, while leaving, the excuse was not trick. Amber Sangma, Badal, Holi and Apurba Chasmim, each of them have been employed as one of their drivers, and before leaving, they have given each other their hands to consider their recruitment qualification. Khandaker was very impressed by this issue. He was amazed and fascinated by the unity, sympathy, cooperation and well-being of each other. Most surprised that nobody saw any incompetent candidate and did not insist on taking the candidate. All of them left the job after the rule and everybody had given a suitable replacement, so Khandaker also gave them their money and gladly freed them. Only the last person, Apurba Chismem did not come back on vacation after talking about his mother's illness, but he told the telephone that he would not return to Dhaka due to mother's illness. Though Khandaker got his phone at first, he said that he had been greeted by the call of his helplessness. Apart from this, he is lifelong, sensitive to the illness of any mother.
Khandakar Sahib had a special advantage due to the other drivers that the drivers were able to perform duty on Eid during the Eid days, sometimes taking them far away from Dhaka in their own villages. But during their Christmas festivities, he used to give them a long break and he also paid the festival bonuses at that time. When Apurba Chismem leaves home, the month of June is the end of the year. So he did not get the question of festive bonuses, he did not even claim. But when it came in December from year to year, when Khurdkar thought of not mentioning Apurba Chisim festival Bonas, Khondkar thought. He thought to himself, he had been at the bachelor's job for at least six months of the year. That's why it's worth getting at least half the bonus. If he did not want to be afraid of him, even if he had the fear of the trial of the greatest judge, he should have called him and offered him the money. As long as it was going, the more a guilt was spreading the roots inside it. He had already lost his number due to some change in his cellphone. In the meantime, he called all his employees and said, "If someone has ever seen the wonderful Chismem, he should ask him to talk to him or collect his phone number and tell him."
Apurba Chasim was a little hobgob kind of others. His IQ and road senses were a little less comparatively. So, Khandaker Sahib only used to shout at him, others never had to do it. That's why Apurba Chismem was even more afraid of him than others. But even if he had sarcasm Khondaker Sahib loved him more than others. When he used to call him 'Apurba', then the audience around him would have been very impressed by the name. One day a fascinated audience came to his ear and said, 'Your driver's name is very beautiful'! But he could have kept a clear smile on his face. This wonderful chisim of some stupid nature could never ask for anything from her. Do not leave it if necessary. So Khandaker was becoming unstable day by day about how this simple kid could be paid.
Almost four years later, Khandaker went out on a walk, while at the door of his house, he saw Apurba looking forward to another tribal people. He looked soft on his hand and extended his hand to the shimmering. Apurba also ran a little and touched her hand gently. He asked him about his mother. Apurba has told that his mother died a year ago. Khandaker sobbed inside the heart of hearing this, Ah, the boy had no fault! She really said that her mother was really seriously ill. He asked him if he had any outstanding dues. Apurba said hastily, 'No, sir, but I left a week before the end of the month, but you paid the whole month.' He was walking and walking, along with Apurba, walking alongside him. Today Apurba was not ashamed to walk along with Khandaker Sahib and talk to him, he took the news of one brother one by one, also took the news of Madam. Khondakar Sahib recalled that Apurba had come up with a response to his address while talking to a friend. He told Apurba to go back to his friend and if he has time in his hand, but after returning to his house after an hour he would meet him.
When Khandaker returned home, he stood in front of the wonderful gate. He asked him to lift up with him in the elevator. When he entered the house, he opened the drawer and brought out the amount of money of Apurba Bonus and handed it to him. It was a strange surprise. He said, 'Sir, I am not paying this money.' I left you without a replacement driver. It was a lot of trouble for you. And except six months before Christmas, I left. During Christmas, I got a bonus from my next job place. Khandaker Sahib did not listen to anything more than look at him and said, 'Okay, keep it also'. Standing like a place for a little while with the money in hand. Then he sat down on the feet of Khandaker and kadambusui like Muslims. Khandaker Sahib pulled him up and pulled him up. Then he took a lot of water in his eyes and said, "Sir, you knew it very well, but I would fear you." I've thought so much about you. I've been walking a long way in front of your house just to see you a little. One day when I saw Madam standing in the balcony, I greeted me from the bottom. But I was unable to tell the guards to meet you as you were afraid. Pray for me sir "! By that he slowly went down the stairs and went away.
After leaving, Khandaker thought very often, 'What is the fear of your father?' For fear of which I paid you today, you were free from this debt, and I did not have to give you any reply, I had to give it to me! Both of them were scared, but the fears of two people were different.
