If you are trying to identify and cure the fear of public speaking, there is one thing that can be done to make it easier for you to overcome your fear. You don't have to learn a new speech or memorize a new poem. What you do need is an idea that you can implement into your life and see results as fast as possible.

Fear is always in your mind. It can also be in your body. It can affect your thoughts and feelings. There is no secret, but you need to be able to name the fear that is affecting your mind and body.

A common example of this is if you are afraid of a panic attack. What would happen if you could face your fears? Would your life be much different than it is right now? Of course it would.

When it comes to dealing with panic attacks, you need to understand that you can not beat them. You can make yourself feel better by taking small steps. By doing so, you will gradually learn to face your fear. This is not a good place to start as most people look to panic attacks as some sort of death sentence.

The key here is to remember that if you get panic attacks and you are ready to deal with them, there are many things you can do to make them go away. All you have to do is take your time and learn about some of these things.

There are many different ways to treat your panic attacks. Some people go to the doctor and get medications such as Xanax and Paxil. Others have learned to use a combination of medication and hypnosis. Some even find exercises that help to calm their bodies and minds.

The problem is that while most of these different people find relief from their fear of public speaking, they are not cured. They are only able to deal with the symptoms. In order to cure fear of public speaking, you need to find what is causing your fear and address it.

So, what are the symptoms of an attack? Panic, anxiety, feelings of dread, racing heart, sweating, shaking, dizziness, difficulty breathing and other feelings. You know what you are feeling, but sometimes you are not sure if it is a panic attack or another condition. The best way to diagnose yourself is to take a test and get a full medical history.

If you suffer from panic attacks you might have already suffered a panic disorder, a phobia or another anxiety condition. These types of conditions will show up on your medical history, because they are related to fear of the unknown. They are also associated with physical symptoms such as nausea, dizziness and fatigue. It is important to learn about the panic disorders, phobias and other anxiety disorders so that you can find out the root cause of your fear of public speaking.

As mentioned above, many people suffer from anxiety disorders. For example, you might suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) or even Social Anxiety Disorder. Once you learn about these conditions, you can begin to treat them to make your anxiety attacks go away.

These panic disorders are usually treated with medications such as Triptans and antidepressants. You may also be prescribed antidepressants like Zoloft, Elavil, Effexor, Paxil, Luvox and many others. Unfortunately there are many side effects to these medications, such as stomach upset and dizziness.

However, you should avoid medications like these until you have researched the disorder further. Remember that in order to cure fear of public speaking, you need to deal with the problem in order to be truly cured.

These medications just treat the symptoms of the panic attack and not the problem itself. The best thing you can do is find out why you have the fear of public speaking and work on finding the root cause of the fear.
