Fear is an inevitability of modern life, says one of the great minds and co-founder of Intel Corporation, Andrew Grove. He believes that fear is not to be avoided as an enemy but rather an ally that business people should use to their advantage.
If your fears lead you to constructive action, then its healthy, because it is fear that gets you out of your comfortable zone and gets you out to do the difficult tasks. Grove likens this to the way the human body uses pain as an ally.
