Embrace the Struggle! Improve you Inner Strength!

I just heard a great podcast that hit home. The podcast was about embracing the struggle. Put yourself in uncomfortable positions, and find out who you are through struggle. Many of us, myself included, gets to dependent on being comfortable. This comfort can prevent us from meeting/exceeding our true potential. If you want to grow as a human put yourself into uncomfortable situations, and learn how to be comfortable with what makes you uncomfortable.

If I look at my career, most would consider me successful. However, I am finding myself feeling unfulfilled with my career. This feeling likely deals with me not feeling challenged in my day to day. When I look at myself outside of my career, I think part of my attraction to investing is the struggle, and sometimes fear it creates. You simply can't get used to being comfortable, particularly when investing in cryptos. With the extreme volatility in cryptos the moment you think all is good, you often times get humbled by hodling through vicious corrections.

Bottom line find ways to get outside of your comfort zone. This maybe through physical activity, investing, starting a business, etc. In this crazy world we live in, we all should improve our ability to handle struggle, in order to improve our inner growth and confidence.

Full disclosure the podcast below has adult language throughout, however the message is strong. David Goggins is a former Navy Seal who at one point was deathly afraid of water. What did David do to get through that fear? He spent hours upon hours immersing himself in his fear. Overtime that fear went away, and ultimately became a Navy Seal. This is just one of many stories that David discussed where he overcame fear/struggle by immersing himself into his fear/struggle. It's a great message, enjoy.
