Fear needs to be acknowledged and managed well, otherwise fear becomes a problem for us.

We can be hesitant, fearful of rejection, and fail to act.

Fear may even make us have a great concept or idea, but it could be the opposite, fear may limit us in using the talents and abilities that exist within us.
