I think you ( @cassandracomplex and @trev) misunderstood @nasimbabu's intention.
Imagine yourself in the situation when some member or even a group of members constantly harassing you and you don't have any option to stop that (i.e. block the user).

In the moment when Steemit numbers only something above 100K users and where majority if not all are very friendly and helpful, it's not such a big problem. But we want Steemit to grow bigger, right?!
In that case, let's say we would wish just for 1% of current active daily Facebook users to come here. It means it would be 5 million users on Steemit.
Let's also assume that we want here some famous public figures as well to help the platform roll on faster and become even bigger. Do you really think some popular musicians, actors and similar public figures would arrive here and allow themselves to be exposed just like that to some stockers without the option to block them? I don't think so!

I had a feeling and understood @nasimbabu was asking, in fact, something in that direction.
