In life it seems that we're always perusing a feeling, trying to capture the way we felt at some point in time.
Pursuit of good feelings is a very important part of our life, but should be done with caution or it turns into addiction.
Life reward us with nourishing feelings that can be categorised into two types. The first type is the short burst of good feelings that is highly dependent on people, place or things, and the other is the longer lasting feelings that is independent of people place or things and is activated through possitive self awareness.
Its important to note that these good feelings becomes the fuel that feeds our desire to continue living which creats a cycle of pursuit and reward.
