Disaster capitalism is a disaster. The Federal Emergency Management Agency, gave more than $30 million in contracts newly formed corporation, Bronze Star, to deliver emergency tarps and plastic sheeting for building repairs to Puerto Rico. They never did. #FEMA cancels contract.
