At the age of 20, what I wanted was freedom, romance and love. However, I was always slapped hard by reality.
Too many desires, too distant goals, too little action and living too tiredly. I spent the first 30 years in a muddled way.
It wasn't until I was 30, had a child and met a group of high-energy female friends that I began to embark on the road of self-media entrepreneurship and started to awaken.
● The time from 20 to 30 years old is gold.
Only by grasping it well can you become the person you want to be. True growth must be breaking through the limitations of oneself, internal self-change and active improvement.
● We should learn to be our own parents.
Original family is never a reason why we can't make changes. For our latter 30 years and also so that our children won't repeat our childhood.
In the face of original family, we must look inward at ourselves and accept it calmly so that we can grow up.
● "Low-key life, high-end soul".
Mr. Yang Jiang once said, "We were so eager for the waves of fate. In the end, we found that the most beautiful scenery in life is actually the calmness and composure inside."
Reduce your desire value. Subtract from your circle. Add to your thinking. Be rich inside and free outside.
● The best investment is always in yourself.
Between investing in physical strength and investing in the brain, if you have to choose, it must be to invest in the brain first. People can always earn money beyond their cognition. Especially in this era of the rapid rise of the Internet, a poor mindset cannot lead to wealth.
● Choose a thing you like and dig deep into it.
Only by doing what you love can you be nourished for a long time.
Fortunately, at 30, I met the Iron Triangle and learned photography and aesthetics, which made me understand how to build my own brand on the Internet.
It turns out that living yourself into the way you like can also be monetized. It turns out that living attentively, sharing and recording can attract countless like-minded people to move forward together.
I am Shiqi. Photography and aesthetics are my long-term positioning. I have proven with practice that ordinary people can also bear fruit on this road. Focus on growth and be a long-termist. At any stage, you can walk ahead of most people.
May we all have the best version of ourselves at every age.
