It is the male ego and greed of the 0.001% of rich men that is the problem, though the female ego is a more common problem and just as much if not more than a problem. Who spends the most money on clothes and worthless stuff. Who files for the majority of divorces. Who avoids construction and manual labor jobs. Men built this society up and women are riding on top running it down.
